Facilities and Property

This office is charged with the supervision of all diocesan and parish properties with regard to general maintenance, renovation of existing buildings as well as any new construction, and asbestos surveillance and abatement. It assists pastors and administrators of diocesan institutions, with insurance claims, property sales and purchases, building rental/leases and in preparing maintenance plan and regularly profiles all diocesan properties.
