The Human Resources Department acts as a primary resource for our employees. Our objective is to provide an efficient and effective support system that the employees of the diocese can rely on. The department is here to serve all employees of the diocese including those of our parishes and schools. It’s incumbent upon the Human Resources Department to ensure the diocese and its subsidiary schools and parishes meet federal, state, and local regulations. Proper management of employee benefits and compensation is of utmost importance to the department. We seek to reflect the presence of Christ in all of our encounters with the people we serve. Our intention is to listen with compassion, solve the problems we can, and trust that the Holy Spirit will work in ways we cannot see or understand. The Human Resource Department is here to serve and advise, not control.
